Cycling 6
Today I decided to cycle for 30 minutes. Actually, I didn't time it because I didn't have my watch with me. But I know it was quite a long time. I increasingly believe that sport is a great way to exercise virtues, especially perseverance and fortitude. This time I realised this because, in the first 10 minutes, it was really hard for me. I was considering changing the intensity level from 6/8 to 4/8. But I persevered, and then it got easier. I really enjoy cycling and looking at the view in front of me. It's also a great way to rest my mind.
