Running 5

Today I went running to the Expo. It's not the first time I've done this route, as I really enjoy it. I hadn't been running for a while, so when I was halfway through, it started to get really hard. Unfortunately, my pace is much slower than before. As the route is all downhill, I then have to run uphill, which makes it even harder. I know I have to run more often, especially now during the holidays. I also like running at dawn because it gives me energy for the day.
